OPEN A PROJECT ESTIMATE
From your dashboard, navigate to any estimate that has line items requiring material quotes. The Vendor Agent works on estimates that have at least one material line item.

LAUNCH THE VENDOR AGENT
Click the 'AI Vendor Agent' button in the estimate toolbar. The agent will scan your line items and identify which materials it can source quotes for.

REVIEW VENDOR MATCHES
The agent presents matched vendors from your vendor list alongside pricing data. You can approve, reject, or request re-negotiation on individual items.

FINALIZE AND APPLY QUOTES
Once you approve the vendor selections, Griot applies the negotiated prices directly to your estimate. A quote record is created for each vendor engagement.
